“ Really enjoyed my visit to Tatsu Ramen! I had the Bold Ramen and loved how customizable the menu is its fun to build your own bowl. The vibe is great too, with Demon Slayer figures and even Yu-Gi-Oh! playing, which makes it feel lively and unique. Super tasty and a spot Id happily come back to! ”
“ This place has been around for quite a long time. Oddly enough I just found myself here. I will get right to it, the kiosk is the first stop and you order from it, add everything you need, take a seat and they bring out to you. The broth is flavorful, I chose spicy and it was “nose runny spicy” but you can taylor it to your needs. The pork was thin and not fatty at all but the noodles are a little different than I was used to. It seems they are gluten free. I suppose that some customers are ok with that but for my taste it was noticeably different. It wasn’t bad, just different and unexpected but the pork, the broth and the spices enhanced the gluten freeness of the noodles. I enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere, the “figures” were a cool addition and they were even playing Kaiju No. 8 on the Tv with soulful background music. All in all it’s a great ramen spot with cool vibe that’s open till 1am. My after midnight ramen spot… officially found. ”
“ Twas feeling like a cold was coming on so took a new friend of mine to check this place out for the first time and it was a hit! I got the Red Ramen and thoroughly enjoyed it while also enjoying the colorfully painted inside and watching the people out on the patio enjoying the fall temperatures whilst ingesting hot comfort food. Our cusines came out quick and disappeared even quicker so it's a must try if you're around one of their many locations in LA. Get Ra-mened OUT! ”
